As of September 2011 GRLmobile have begun providing you service under the name Red Bull MOBILE.
GRLmobile customers will automatically be transferred over to Red Bull MOBILE.

Red Bull MOBILE provides customers with unprecedented access to the pioneering events, athletes, sport and culture content that make up the World of Red Bull, available directly on their phones.  And best of all, Red Bull MOBILE customers will be treated to awesome ticket opportunities to Red Bull events and partner events, and offered exclusive money-can't-buy opportunities, like the chance to hang out with your favourite Red Bull athlete.

 

What does this mean for you?
Remaining credit and expiry period will not be changed. However credit will no longer roll over from recharge to recharge on both voice and mobile broadband services. To keep using your GRLmobile service once your current recharge expires, simply begin recharging with the new Red Bull MOBILE offers, once your credit has run out/ expired.

 

How do I recharge?

All you need to do is click here to go to the Red Bull MOBILE website and click recharge on the top of the screen, make sure you have a Red Bull MOBILE recharge voucher handy.


What do I do if I have bought a GRLmobile SIM pack but cannot activate it?
If you have recently bought a GRLmobile SIM pack and cannot activate it please email us customercare@redbullmobile.com.au

With your Name, Address, GRLmobile number on the pack and SIM card number.
So that we can organise to send you a Red Bull MOBILE SIM pack.
